Bringing over two decades of experience from a variety of luxury hotels, Executive Pastry Chef Joshua Cain oversees the detailed creation of each decadent dessert, inspiring a true sense of innovation and imagination in those who taste his masterpieces. Originally from North Carolina and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, he’s excited to begin his next chapter in Central Florida.
