Blooms and Bites: New Food Items at the 2024 EPCOT ® International Flower & Garden Festival
Spring is here! And that means the EPCOT® International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom. Running until May 27, 2024, the annual festival is a vibrant celebration of spring, boasting spectacular flower displays, extravagant gardens and topiaries, live music, and the most amazing seasonal cuisine from around the world!

New must-try food items at this year’s event
In addition to the permanent restaurants in the World Showcase, the EPCOT® International Flower & Garden Festival sets up temporary outdoor kitchens and booths serving the season’s freshest flavors. Each year, the festival changes the menu. So, whether it’s your first time attending the festival or you’re an annual attendee, you’ll want to check out our list of new food items to try at some of the festival's most popular outdoor kitchens and kiosks.
BRUNCHCOT
For the second year in a row, BRUNCHCOT is returning to the EPCOT® International Flower & Garden Festival. Located near Test Track® presented by Chevrolet®, the popular brunch-themed booth serves up delicious breakfast dishes, including fried cinnamon roll bites, avocado toast with marinated tomatoes, and creamy coffee cocktails. But this year, BRUNCHCOT unveiled a modern twist on a southern classic: Biscuit and Gravy with Impossible™ Chicken Fried Steak and Impossible™ Sausage Gravy.

Trowel & Trellis
Trowel & Trellis is a standout booth at the EPCOT® International Flower and Garden Festival, particularly for those with a penchant for plant-based cuisine. Hosted by Impossible™ Foods, this booth emphasizes creative and delicious plant-based dishes that appeal to all, regardless of dietary preferences. This year, Trowel & Trellis features a new garden-inspired dish: Chocolate Mousse Terrarium with Matcha Crumble and Chocolate Soil!

Jardin de Fiestas in the Mexico Pavilion
If you love Mexican food, then you must visit Jardin de Fiestas in the Mexico Pavilion. Each year, the outdoor kitchen curates a menu inspired by the rich flavors and traditional dishes of Mexico, and in 2024, festival attendees can savor three new fantastic dishes: Sope de Chilorio, Guajillo pepper-braised pork on fried corn shells with black beans, shredded cabbage, crema Mexican, queso fresco, and chives; Tamale de Rajas, poblano peppers, corn, and cheese in masa topped with poblano cream sauce; and Flan de Guayaba, vanilla flan with guava coulis, whipped cream and fresh fruit.


Refreshment Outpost
Situated between the China Pavilion and the Germany Pavilion, the Refreshment Outpost is a permanent kiosk offering a variety of refreshing beverages and light snacks. It’s a convenient pit stop for guests exploring the festival who need a little pick-me-up between events and tastings. New this year, the Refreshment Outpost is offering a Seasonal Fruit Parfait with Sweet Chili Sauce and Mango DOLE Whip. With the perfect combination of sweet and heat, the treat will surely become a festival favorite.

Primavera Kitchen in the Italy Pavilion
Primavera Kitchen offers festival-goers a delightful taste of Italian springtime cuisine, capturing the essence of the season with fresh, flavorful ingredients and traditional dishes. This year, the outdoor kitchen announced several new dishes, including Bocconcini, mozzarella with grape tomatoes and pesto sauce; Arrabbiata, pennette pasta with spicy tomato sauce and buttery shrimp; and Chocolate Cannoli with peanut butter-ricotta filling.


Fleur de Lys in the France Pavilion
The Fleur de Lys booth is a popular stop at the EPCOT® International Flower and Garden Festival, delighting visitors with its selection of gourmet offerings that encapsulate the essence of French dining. For this festival, the outdoor kitchen debuted several new menu items, with one of the most anticipated dishes being the Gâteau au Crémeux Citron, Lavende et Thym, Compote de Fruits Rouges, a warm cake filled with lemon, lavender, and thyme-infused cream served with berry compote.

The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board™
The Honey Bee-stro is a booth highlighting the versatility and importance of honey by celebrating its role in cooking, baking, and beverage-making. The menu is crafted around the sweet, natural flavor of honey, with each dish incorporating honey in innovative and delicious ways. This year, the booth features buzzworthy bites, including Chicken and Honey Sweet Cornbread Waffles, Honey-glazed Cauliflower, and a Honey Peach Cobbler Freeze.

Swirled Showcase
If you have a sweet tooth, you won’t want to miss the Swirled Showcase. A permanent booth at EPCOT®, Swirled Showcase is famous for its towering soft-serve ice cream cones and soda floats. But during the festival, the booth offers specialty menu items that “ice-scream” springtime! Two of the most popular treats are the Strawberry Basil Sorbet and the Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake with Fresh Honey, Granulated Honey, and Honey Mead Blueberry Compote.

Florida Fresh
The Florida Fresh booth at the EPCOT® International Flower and Garden Festival is a celebration of the Sunshine State's rich agricultural heritage and its bountiful produce. Guests are treated to a menu that showcases the diverse culinary influences and abundant resources of Florida, with fan favorites being the Florida Strawberry Shortcake and Cucumber Watermelon Slushies. But this year, the booth is taking it up a notch and serving two new dishes: Grilled Warm Lobster Tail with Key Lime Butter and Cubanito with Mojo-Marinated Pork Belly, Ham, Swiss Cheese, Pickles, and Stone Ground Mustard.
