This year, Caribe Royale Orlando is turning the magic up a notch with 12 festive events designed to make this holiday season its most unforgettable yet.

Season of Splendor: 12 holiday events at Caribe Royale Orlando

Each winter holiday season the resort transforms into a dazzling wonderland of twinkling lights, sweet surprises, and festive cheer.

1. Holiday Chocolate Wonderland

Step into a world where the sweetest dreams come to life! The resort’s incredibly talented Pastry Team combines imagination and thousands of pounds of chocolate to create three larger-than-life sculptures.

• Caribe Royale North Pole Express – All aboard a 32-foot-long chocolate railroad masterpiece! Crafted from an astounding 1,600 pounds of chocolate, this show-stopping train steams its way through a winter wonderland.
• Santa’s Magical Flight – Look to the skies for this stunning display of Santa’s sleigh and nine reindeer, entirely handcrafted from 2,000 pounds of chocolate.
• Jingle Bell Junction – Nestled nearby is a cozy chocolate village built just for Santa’s helpers. Each tiny snow-covered home is filled with laughter, light, and holiday spirit, all sculpted from rich chocolate.

2. Studio du Chocolat

On December 13, from 1 to 4 pm, join us for a creative and decadent afternoon, where you can learn about chocolate, build and decorate chocolate houses, add your finishing touches to holiday cookies, and make an edible holiday puzzle. Once your edible masterpieces are ready, the holiday village will come alive so you can pose, snap, and share. The best part? Everything you make goes home with you, boxed and ready to wow. Space is limited and guests must be 13 years or older. Tickets are $125 each (plus fees) and can be purchased here.

3. Rum Cake Royale

Guests can enjoy a scoop of pure paradise with Rum Cake Royale, the exclusive ice cream flavor created just for Caribe Royale Orlando by a local favorite, Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream. Found only at The Market, this decadent delight captures the essence of the tropics.

4. Hidden Holiday Gnome Hunt

The cheeky little gnomes at Caribe Royale Orlando are up to their old tricks again! Ten mischievous Holiday Gnomes have hidden themselves in the most unexpected spots. Think you’ve got the sharp eyes and holiday spirit to find them all? Grab a clue sheet from the Front Desk, start exploring, and uncover every last gnome for a special prize!

5. Christmas Cookie Decorating

Get ready to sprinkle, frost, and have some sweet fun! Join our Pastry Team for a delightful holiday tradition where guests of all ages can decorate their very own festive cookies. Our Pastry Team will be on hand to share expert tips, clever tricks, and plenty of holiday cheer. Come create your own tasty masterpiece before Santa gets to them first! Cookie decorating is available Fridays and Saturdays, December 5-27, 4 pm – 6 pm.

6. Write Letters to Santa

In the resort lobby, stop by our Letters to Santa Mailbox and send your holiday wishes straight to the North Pole. Whether you’re asking for toys, treats, or a tropical Christmas surprise, our special North Pole courier will make sure your letter reaches Santa himself.

7. A Very Cocoa Christmas

Start your stay at Caribe Royale Orlando with a complimentary cup of rich, delicious cocoa at check-in. Our cocoa check-in is available Fridays and Saturdays, December 5-27, 4 pm–6 pm. Then, continue the chocolatey celebration with A Very Cocoa Christmas, our festive tribute to all things chocolate! Throughout the season, our restaurants will feature decadent desserts and holiday-inspired cocktails infused with everyone’s favorite treat. From cozy sips to indulgent bites, it’s a cocoa lover’s dream come true!

8. Holiday Movies Under the Stars

Grab your blanket, snuggle up, and get ready for some festive fun! Join us between Towers II and III for magical Holiday Movies Under the Stars, where your favorite seasonal classics light up the night sky. Enjoy laughter and holiday cheer as you watch beloved films with family and friends. It all happens Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm, the perfect way to end a merry day at Caribe Royale Orlando.

9. Lighting of the Menorah

Join us as we celebrate Chanukah, the beautiful Festival of Lights, here at Caribe Royale Orlando. Each evening from December 14 to December 22, we’ll gather to light the Menorah and share in the warmth, joy, and togetherness of the season. Come experience the glow of the candles, the sparkle of tradition, and the spirit of celebration that shines brightly for all to enjoy.

10. Sound of the Season

11. Christmas Eve, Day and New Year’s Eve Dinner Celebrations

12. A Visit from Santa & Mrs. Claus

Santa has heard that our guests have been very good this year…so he’s stopping by the resort and taking photos with our families. Santa will be here December 20, 21, 22, 23, & 24, 4:30pm-7:30pm.
