Q. Do you offer any packages with passes to Orlando Attractions?
A. Yes, we feature 4 night and 6 night packages that include Walt
Disney World® attraction tickets. Additional Orlando attraction tickets
available for a la carte purchase at the Expedia Fun Desk, located in the Main
Lobby.
Q. What are your restaurant options outside of the hotel?
A. We are located a mile and a half from Walt Disney World® offering
a multitude of restaurants and we are a short five minute drive from Crossroads
which has TGIFriday's, Olive Garden, Chevy's, Red Lobster, and more! Downtown
Disney® also offers Wolfgang Puck's, Bongo's and House of Blues. The Vista Bistro, a great steakhouse, is located next door at our sister property Buena Vista Suites.

Q. Do you provide transportation to/from the airport? or AmTrak Station?
A. While we do not provide complimentary shuttle service, Guest
Services will be happy to arrange for a taxi or limo to take you to and from
the airport or train station. Mears Transportation is also available for transportation services.
Q. Do you have transportation to the local theme parks?
A. We offer scheduled complimentary transportation to all four Walt
Disney World® Theme Parks and Downtown Disney®. Transportation
is available to the other theme parks for a minimal fee. Please contact our Guest
Services department for arrangements.
Q. Are the shuttle buses ADA accessible?
A. Yes. Please notify our Guest Service desk 24 hours in advance.

Q. How many pools are at the Caribe?
A. We have a total of 3 outdoor pools (including a kiddie pool).
Q. What is the temperature of the pools and their hours?
A. The pools are kept between 80-84 and are open 8:00am til 11:00pm.
Q. Does the hotel sell gift certificates/cards?
A. The hotel offers Caribe Royale Orlando gift cards as well as The Venetian Room gift cards. Both may be purchased online or in person, at the hotel. To purchase Caribe Royale Orlando or The Venetian Room gift certificates online, please visit www.crrsv.com/giftcard.
You may arrange for the gift cards to be shipped to you or another recipient.
Q. What is your policy regarding pets?
A. The only pets we can accommodate are service pets.
Q. Do you have guest washers and dryers at your facility?
A. Coin operated washers and dryers are located throughout the
hotel and prices are $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry.
Q. Do you provide dry cleaning services?
A. Same day dry cleaning service is available through our Bell Service Desk.
Q. Do you have a spa or hair salon?
A. While there is no spa nor hair salon on the property, our
Concierge will be happy to arrange a visit to one of Orlando's finer salons or day spas.
Q. Is there a gift shop on site?
A. Our gift shop is located in the main reception building.
Q. Is there a resort fee?
A. No, we do not impose resort fees.
Q. Is there a parking fee?
A. No, parking is complimentary.
Q. What are your telephone rates?
A. Local calls are $.75 plus tax in addition to a $.10 per minute
fee following the first 30 minutes of the call. Extended connections to toll-free
numbers are $.75 plus tax in addition to a $.10 per minute following the first
30 minutes of the call.
Q. Is there a charge for High-Speed Internet Access?
A. The prevailing rate for High Speed Internet Access is $8.99
per day (per 24 hour period).
Q. What children's services do you provide?
A.We do not currently offer children's day care, however, the
Caribe Orlando has three excellent outdoor pools, including a kiddie pool, waterslide,
a game room, tennis courts, and arcade off the main lobby. Cribs are available
upon request. And of course, Walt Disney World®, Sea World, and
attractions for kids of all ages are only minutes away.
Q. Do you provide kitchen utensils and silverware in the villas?
A. Our villa kitchens are fully stocked, and Guest Services
will be happy to bring you anything else you may need.
Q. Do you provide rollaway beds?
A. All of our suites and villas offer a double sleeper sofa
bed.

a local staff of hospitality professionals dedicated to making your visit as

A. Caribe Royale Orlando is a Three Star Hotel, plus an official Walt

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If your plans change, we are happy to accept your cancellation
with 72 hours notice at no additional charge.
