Our Caribe Royale family loves the holidays. Our hotel is beautifully decorated from the front drive to the convention center. Located in the Main Reception Building, our extensive, homemade Gingerbread Village will surprise and delight your attendees. Each of the more than 50 gingerbread houses is hand-crafted for months by our talented culinary team, and meticulously decorated with more than 435 pounds of assorted candies. The sugary scent wafting through the upper lobby is a sure reminder that the holidays are here.
