Security FAQ

At the Caribe Royale Orlando, the safety and security of our guests has always been our primary concern. Our highly skilled team of trained security professionals works 24 hours a day to ensure our guests and employees experience the highest level of comfort and safety.

The security team (otherwise known as Loss Prevention) is led by industry veteran Agustin "Augie" Moran, a former US Army MP. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Chicago, Augie is proud to have spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry including 10 years with Marriott International and 6 years with Hyatt Hotels. During that time he has worked extensively with a variety of top level security organizations such as the Secret Service, State Department officials, and Presidential and Vice Presidential escorts. Many members of Augie's team also boast military backgrounds, and all security associates are trained in CPR and first aid. The property has three AED's (defibrillators), and the hotel grounds and parking lots are patrolled 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The security effort at the Caribe Royale Orlando is a proactive one, designed to not only prevent known possibilities, but to anticipate potential hazards and strengthen vulnerabilities. The team is proud of the work they do and they look forward to welcoming you to the Caribe Royale Orlando.
