F&B Supervisor
To provide assistance and support to all team members in giving excellent service with courtesy, safety and a smile to all guests and to exceed guests' expectations. To take and record all room service orders to the cook in a timely manner via squirrel or phone. To assist the server when needed. To insure all work is completed by team members. To assist Café personnel in closing of their shift and to clean, stock and/or complete any duties not completed at end of previous shift.

Café Cashier
Provides prompt and courteous service while assisting guest with their food and beverage purchases at the register.

Room Service Server - 3rd Shift
To deliver quality food to guest's room in a speedy manner with safety and a smile. To deliver hot quality food to guest's room. To retrieve any dishes or trays from past deliveries left outside door or in guest areas. To complete all posted side work before and after shift. To assist in Café Largo when not performing Room Service duties.

Room Service Cashier
To provide prompt and courteous service and maintain a clean and safe atmosphere by promptly answering the phones and accurately taking the food and beverage orders. To check with previous shift for any amenities or special guest requests. To accurately take an order and ring it up correctly. To communicate any special requests to management and or the kitchen staff. To properly settle all checks. To accurately tip out all staff members. To use proper phone etiquette at all times.

Host/Hostess
Greet and assist our guest at our full service restaurant with excellent service, courtesy and a big smile.

Server
To provide the guest with excellent service being courteous and safe with a smile. To be able to take all food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner and to assist the guest in any way possible. Must greet table within 1 minute. Serve all food & beverage on a tray. Serve all food & beverage from the left, remove from the right Pre-bus table completely before dessert.
