Steward Shift Supervisor
Responsible for directing employees in daily operations of dish room and pot room operations.

Steward
Cleaning all China, Silverware, Glassware, Etc. ensuring clean and safe equipment for our guests. Maintaining all kitchen floors. Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in all kitchen coolers & freezers. Keep trash from building up in kitchen. Assisting Chefs and cooks when needed. Assisting banquets when needed.

Pastry/Baker
Basic prep, sanitation and HACCAP. Must be committed and adhere to procedures and policies in the Culinary department.

Assistant Pastry Chef
Requires 2+ years experience for a large bakery facility setting. Knowledge of food preparation, decoration and food safety requirements. Must be able to work under pressure. Ability to work in a team or on an individual basis with some supervision. Hours and days vary, must be willing to work anytime and on holidays.

Garde Manger Chef
Have experience in all facets of Garde Manger, including ice carving and vegetable carving. Excellent safety and sanitation skills. Flexible to work all schedules, weekends and holidays have experience in all facets of Garde Manger, including ice carving and vegetable carving. Excellent safety and sanitation skills. Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication required. Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment. Flexible to work all schedules, weekends and holidays.

Banquet Set-up 3rd Shift
Provides quality and safe banquet area set-ups per banquet event order for the satisfaction of resort guests. All shifts available Responsible for providing quality and safe banquet area set-ups per Banquet Event Orders for the satisfaction of resort guests. Job requires continuous lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, walking and standing.
