Some chefs have a special talent that gets their careers off to early and fast starts. Chef Wilmer Torres is one of those chefs. At the young age of 19, Wilmer sharpened his knife as a sous chef at the Wyndham Orlando Resort. From there he progressed to restaurant chef at Universal Studios, garde manger at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort and as a specialty chef at Hilton Disney Village. Now, 25 years later, the passion still burns bright inside Wilmer. He has earned a certification in bartending and constantly searches for the perfect wine and liquor pairings to go with his delicious dishes.
