Vincent Posada, Executive Chef

With over 30 years of experience as an executive chef, it’s easy to see – and taste – why Vincent Posada remains one of the most well-known chefs in Orlando. He’s opened restaurants and hotels in many major cities along the east coast. His talents have also graced the kitchens of Grosvenor Resort here in Lake Buena Vista and at the Colonnade Hotel in Boston. Away from the flame, Vincent has taught at Johnson and Wales University, catered prestigious events for big-time audiences such as former U.S. Presidents and other world leaders, and shared his love for cooking with television audiences.
