Dameon Brown, Banquet Chef


Blurring the lines between chef and artist, Dameon strives to keep his dishes as natural as possible. Born in Montego Bay, he grew up in a culture where foods are grown naturally and harvested nearby. Organic is the way of life, not a grocery store label. And now that his culinary training in Jamaica is complete, this natural touch has become his calling card. Away from the kitchen, Dameon fishes and relaxes on the beach with his two sons, although he’s quick to say that working with the warm and friendly personalities at Caribe Royale remains his favorite part of each day.
