The ABC Meetings Package is designed to save you money and time by consolidating the Basic requirements for most meetings into one simple and easy to understand option.  In this valuable package, ABC stands for "All the Basics Complimentary." 

All Your Basics:

  • One complimentary suite for every 40 paid suites
  • Complimentary in-suite Internet for all attendees
  • Complimentary morning and afternoon breaks*
  • Complimentary Internet connections/IP addresses – up to 3 initial Internet connections/IP addresses for your meeting rooms and up to 10 additional break-out lines from those initial 3 Internet connections/IP addresses. (based on a sliding scale)**
  • Complimentary Meeting Space
  • Complimentary parking and complimentary Fitness Center
  • 25% off additional audio visual requirements
  • No increase in Banquet Menu prices between 2009 and 2010
  • No additional Resort Fees
  • Earn 5% credit*** on total room revenue to bank towards a future meeting for 2011 or 2012 over select dates. (maximum credit capped at $50,000)
  • Qualified dates and rates will be confirmed by your sales contact at THE CARIBE™

To be eligible for the ABC Meetings Package, your new meeting request must travel during select Hot Dates.

Terms & Conditions

*Breaks are defined as selected beverages plus one food item.  Breaks will be set for 1.0 x the number of suites utilized per day and will be for a maximum of 30 minutes each day period.  Morning beverage selections are coffee, decaf and hot tea; afternoon beverage selections are choice of iced tea or iced lemonade, coffee, decaf and hot tea.  Chef’s choice on food at each break.  You may also upgrade each break with additional items.  Your convention services manager will review pricing with you.

**Internet connections/IP Addresses Sliding Scale

  • 100-249 suites per night = 1 Internet connection/IP addresses + 3 additional connections
  • 250-500 suites per night = 2 Internet connections/IP addresses +6 additional connections
  • 500+ suites per night = 3 Internet connections/IP addresses + 10 additional connections

***Value of future meeting for 2011 or 2012 must be equal to at least 3 times the value of the meeting credit.
